Ok . I tried it out . It works fine but I need a very steady hand using the lasso tool or I will end up leaving a "halo " around the selected subject. Anyway to overcome this ?

Will this work for 64 bit version of Paint.net? Tks

I am new to paint.net and photo editing . I have several photos with great background but the subject is dark because the sun was in front when the photos were shot. I used the lasso tool to select the area around the subject and adjusted the selected area but now I need to blend the edges of the selection to the background . Is there a plugin I can use for this ? Thanks
