Seldom, saving PNG files after acquire from scanner, the saved file is in wrong format (showing random lines instead of my picture). I have to check the saved file opening the saved file with another tool to ensure that is the right format. If isn't, I just save & check again. Then the file is in right format. Also, the "Help → Send feedback or bug report... menu item" doesn't work on this version.
