Hello, I think I need some clarification. Are you talking about Windows theme or Paint.NET theme? For Windows I'm using the "Default Windows 10 theme". For PDN, I'm not sure...I'm not even sure there is a theme to be had? If you need any log files, etc. let me know. I'm also a developer (C#, among several other languages), so I can try downloading the source, compiling, and stepping through things with VS if that would help you). EDIT: Scratch that, for some reason I thought PDN was open source.
