Lucky me still have 3.5.11 installer. Work withit. Tq.

It never happen before. I have no problem. But now everytime I clicked this error popup. Bored I uninstalled the program and tried to installed back but this same popup error appeared. Now cannot installed and cannot used. Help please..I need paint.net. System : Corei7-Win7-64, 12GB RAM
