Hello, I've used Paint.net for a long time but recently my IT Dept sent me a new laptop with Windows 8.1 When I download 4.0.5 and double click to launch the unzip programs tell me "Application not found" If I try to right click and Open With I get the error "Unable to seek to beginning of central directory" Any thoughts?
