Sorry late reply , and yeah i did download a fresh copy. Diden't open either. I'm using windows 8.1. I had 4.0.5.

I've used paint.net for over 3 years now and it wont even open now. Every time I click on it nothing happens. I tried running it in administrator mode, and still nothing. I tried to uninstall it, that dident work either. This is really bugging me and I've pretty much became advanced at it. Can someone help? Thanks.
