    Not sure what this RocketDock is, but I've been having this issue as well. The icons in the task bar are turning to the Paint.Net icon for some programs. Just recently, the newly released Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but there are others as well. It's making it quite difficult to find programs in my task bar.
