I've been rediscovering this effect and found all links were broken. I fortunately had a copy of the plugin on my old computer, which is now available for download in the first post. I think that seems correct ? I've however learned that both the echinacea paradoxa (yellow coneflower) and the black-eyed susan (Rudbeckia) are often called coneflowers and share very similar features, and it seems easy to confuse them. As a side note, they both belong to the sunflower family along with several other species. A bit of a flowery mess

In step 4 you have to run the Hexagonal Grid plugin four times, each time on a new layer, each time with different settings: First time: Add a new layer and run Hexagonal Grid with Size = 55 and Brush width = 3 Second time: Add a new layer and run Hexagonal Grid with Size = 60 and Brush width = 4 Third time: Add a new layer and run Hexagonal Grid with Size = 65 and Brush width = 5 Fourth time: Add a new layer and run Hexagonal Grid with Size = 70 and Brush width = 6 Hope that helps

It may be due to the skin tone you have selected. If, for example, you select the default skin tone and the raised hand, then you get this emoji: ✋ But if you select the dark skin tone and the raised hand, then you get this emoji: ✋? (Like toe_head explained above, only some of the People emojis are affected by the skin tone feature) Hope I'm being clear ??
