I would say there's some Glass Blocks missing immediately after the Dents step, although I'm yet unable to produce a result similar to what is described in the tutorial. I find it strange that some steps are missing, and I feel the Glass Blocks part may not be the only one missing.

It's possible to achieve something like the predator invisibility mode with TR's Displacement Map 3D. If the results below look acceptable to you, I can tell you how I did it if you can't figure out how to use TR's plugin (there are instructional videos throughout the plugin's thread). -
