    What software is needed in order to make one? I want to make a .fla (Flash) plugin for Paintdotnet. I already have Visual Studio installed, and what libraries are needed to create the code? If Visual Studio won't work, what program do I need? Also is there any tutorials for this sort of thing? Thanks in advance.
