Problem resolved I checked my update history for an AMD Graphics Adapter and uninstalled AMD Display Driver Version 13.152_130830a-161907c-Toshiba Released 10/13/2013. Toshiba Service Station displayed this message: "Toshiba recommends installing this component that has been updated to support Windows 8.1". I clicked Ignore and opened Windows Update. Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3 software update released in April, 2014 was available under optional updates. I installed the Win update and all fonts display. Thank you to all.

Thank you, SwankyFrank for all of your help. Rick Brewster, thanks for Paint.NET and your help. Windows is up to date. I'll post again if I am able to reslove my issue.

Device Manager - Display adapters - shows "AMD Radeon HD 8650G" only. You are right Swankyfrank, that is the isuue. Paint.NET sees my Video Card as Microsoft Basic Render Driver. How do I get Paint.NET to recognize my AMD video card?

Thanks for the reply. The fonts were installed the same way that you (Swankyfrank) did. They're installed correctly as they do show in all of my programs that handle fonts. Since 1st posting, I've un/re-installed both Paint.NET & the fonts. Unblocked them in the fonts folder and tapped out "Gerorge of the Jungle" on my laptop and said..."work" while opening the program. That's all I got.
