Can paint.net do something like this. I wanted to make a banner for an RPG game like this but I don't have photoshop and I don't want to pay the money to make a couple banners. If someone can help with a tutorial or something that might get me going the right direction id appreciate it. Im going to make the text say Silverglade. If I can do that in here thanks.
