I tried downloading TechnoRobbo's Alpha cutter V2.1 plugin but when I open my paint.net norton scans what I've downloaded and when it finished it removed the Alpha cutter claming that it's not safe. I even downloaded TechnoRobbo's plugin pack and half the stuff was removed because according to Norton Anti-Virus thing it claims them to be not safe and they've been removed.
