    Same problem here. Unable to start paint.net after upgrading to 4.0. Tried uninstalling paint.net and .net framework and re-installing them both, but no joy. Info: OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1, all updates installed .NET: v4.5.2 Any tips are welcome.
