So 4.0 update has booted out the PDS plugin. I tried to re download it and reenstall but 4.0 just...dosn't acknowlage it is there. Help?

So I have always used the pluggins to open photoshop files and now since the update this plugin is not working, I redownloaded and re added it and still nothing. Anyone else had this issue? anyone able to make a plug in that will work with Paint.Net 4.0?
