Hi, I work in the rail industry and we deal with a lot of negative drawings. I'm new to Paint.NET and was wondering if there was a facility or plugin that could help with the noise reduction (removing the 'black dots') of bad scans of negative drawings. I'm looking to be able to clean up drawings such as the one attached. Edit: sorry forgot to press add! Thanks
