Grimmando

Say I had an image of a jigsaw puzzle, something like this: Can I use Paint.NET to cut out individual pieces of the puzzle? What I'm trying to say is that, I have the above picture, and I need 25 images (each with one piece of the puzzle). Is that possible to do? If so, can someone give me information on how to do it?
