This has been bothering for a while, The workspace (not including menu tabs and windows) flickers as i move the cursor and paint over it. As shown in the attached image My Spec is Windows 8.1 64 Bits Screen Res, 1366x768 I5-3230M 2.60GHz Nvidia Geforce 705M 10GB RAM Though i cant update to 4.0 and im still using v3.5
