thanks for your reply yeah im fine with the layers and effects but stuck on the recolour blend... on the pic below im trying to make the mouth surround match the car but when i try the effects i have atm it changes the the teeth colour

hi im new to paint.net but think its great, ive downloaded a couple of plugins and having GREAT fun with it but im trying to put an animated smile with a black surround onto another object which is a different colour but is there a way to change the colour and keep all the details like mouth creases and stuff (unlike painting it) hope this makes sense to everyone haha thanks
