I'm seeing the SmartScreen warning dialog shown below whenever I try to install the non-Store version of the app. I can bypass the warning by clicking "More info" and then "Run anyway", but it might throw off less tech-savvy people.

I just got a new ThinkPad X1 Carbon with a built-in camera. Whenever I try to acquire an image the only imaging device in the list is my scanner. How can I get the camera to work with Paint.NET?
