Here is a picture with a auto-white balance in the camera... I'm open to suggestions here... Are there any suggestions or plugins that can be used for Infrared images?

I'm experimenting with a digital IR camera. The images are very "magenta" in color and everyone states to simply "swap the Red and Blue" color channels. How can this be done in Paint.net? Is there a plugin that would help process IR color pictures?
