I enjoy using the "Soften" effect on my photos from time to time. I have previously used Paint.net and recently installed it on my new computer when I received a new camera for Christmas. All of my other Photo Effects seem to be working fine but my soften effect will not work. It appears to work just fine as I am adjusting the settings, however when I choose OK and it starts to render it returns the photo to its previous state with no changes. What am I doing wrong?
