I am not interested in Shell Integration or anything that would require Admin rights in Windows 7, including File Associations. I can setup a file association to the program without Admin rights. Anyone have a ZIP file of Paint.NET that I can unzip? I don't have an 'extra computer' with admin rights available. Or does anyone know of a Paint app for Windows that does not require me to run an 'Installer' or require Admin rights? Thanks!
