Not sure if this is what your looking for but select the whole layer you want to copy, in the new image create a new layer and paste what you copied into there.

Hmm... Avast never detected anything in the paint.net directory but it detected the megalo effects setup as a virus. Evogen to be exact.

I've already done many scans. Avast 2014, Hitmanpro and malwarebytes

Is this update to date with those plugins?

Whenever I use the lightray effect on Megalo Effects, I get all these weird white lines everywhere (see picture).

Making a uniform for a game and I need to know how to make a wrinkled effect.
