  1. Well Avalon Dock is an example to docking windows, it doesn't have to be WPF control Here's some examples: http://www.nevron.com/Gallery.UserInterfaceFor.NET.DockingPanelsGallery.aspx - Paid one https://github.com/dockpanelsuite/dockpanelsuite - Free one including source http://www.divelements.co.uk/net/ - Paid one http://www.telerik.com/products/winforms/dock.aspx - Paid one http://www.codeguru.com/csharp/csharp/cs_controls/custom/article.php/c14179/Creating-a-Dockable-PanelControlmanager-Using-C-Part-1.htm - Article http://www.digitalrune.com/Products/DockingWindows.aspx - Paid one
  2. Hi all, I know floating windows such as "Tools", "History" etc is something that gives you more space, but sometimes you need those windows to be docked to the sides. There's a free DLL developed in .NET and is free + it's source to dock windows! This will be a great addition to this awesome app (for my opinion) The DLL called "Avalon dock" and you can find it here So Paint.NET developers, please take this into consideration for the next version.
