I've moved from Win XP to Win 7 and so can no longer use the ancient program PaintShopPro v3.
One of the things it could do that I use a lot is the ability to specify the position of a selection numerically. If I am drawing a grid based image on (say) a 400*400 image, I want to be able to easily select (say) area x=200..220 y=180..200 (size 20*20)
Is there any way of doing this in paint.net? If drawn with a mouse or cursor keys, it requires a lot of careful mouse/keywork, usually zoomed in a lot more than I would prefer.
