    The one I posted as an attachment isnt mine, its Windows, but the one as my avatar is my work from a muppet pic.

    THX, Yeah the border and the glow on your pic. Attached. Something adjustable of course as they sort of over did it.

    Original thread title: Hi, new and already a question. How about that? Hi all. I had a question about finding a tutorial on creating an avatar that has the lighting effect and border that..*gulp* Windows 7 uses in the start menu. I just kinda like it.
