Didn't I read something about this in the rules?

So I launch the installer and attempt to install it using all the settings I can try. But about a few minutes after it uninstalls the previous version (Which doesn't appear to exist for some reason, it kinda just dissapeared, hence why i'm trying to install it again), it gives me a fatal error. "There was an error while installing Paint.NET. (1603) Fatal error during installation." It doesn't give me any information past that, nor a crash log. Anyone know what's going on?
