vats

Hi! i am new to paint.net and have no idea about pixel works. I got an old Logo in jpg format. when i open it it has somekind of blur in it, so copying or reworking is very hard. the edges are also pixelated on copying. does exists a trick or plugin to copy this and to reformat it cleanly. (sorry for my bad english) Regards
