Trying to re-create an image I made a while ago
Oceana replied to PowerUser's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
Just a thought, but have you tried running the "twist" plugin a second time ? -
Both are very nice for different reasons. RFX - I really do like the chrome / shiny text you have and the race track (?) background is really well made with some nice detail / depth. Very clean and impressive. Cc4FuzzyHuggles - The background is really nice and funky, the colours are well chosen, I think the colour of the font let's it down, it would have looked really cool if it was vivid yellow (or your trade mark shiny / glossy things) To score - I award 1 point to RFX and 0 to Cc4fuzzyHuggles (even though it is a nice signature) Updated score is now - RFX - 1 Cc4FuzzyHuggles - 1

Nice image R Van Den Berg, it is a bit too large for the forum though (800x600 is the max for previews) -

REMINDER: paint.net 4.0 will require Windows 7+

Thank you BoltBait and Ego Eram Reputo for your answers. I guess it is time to flush out some unused plug ins and will download all the packs when I do migrate to v4 -
Very stunning works Seerose, some truly vibrant colours and an amazing eye for art.

I have to agree with the above posts Sasha. St Jude's Ghost picture is worthy of an award, were I live in the UK we had some serious winds that day(and a lot of damage) your very brave to go out and capture it. Strange attractors is really good, the colours are amazing. I don't know how you people add life to images, but I do admire what you do, mine are just sketches compared.

REMINDER: paint.net 4.0 will require Windows 7+
Oceana replied to Rick Brewster's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
I hope this is not a really silly question. I have Windows 8.1 Pro (update-1) and also holding out for the non beta of paint.net v4. And I have many many plugins installed in 3.5.11. When I do download and install the non beta, will I have to download every plugin again? Will I get a plugin load error like you get in the Utilities menu of 3.5.11? Again sorry if this is a silly question, but I know next to nothing about upgrading and what plugin's may never work in v4. Thank you @ Sammo - If you value your data and your pc, you would be very wise to upgrade to Windows-8.1. It is fast, user friendly and secure. -
A really good tutorial, easy to follow, thanks yellowman. Some very nice pictures created here. Congrats on the pin

Very detailed work here drydareelin. I admire your scapes too. -
That earthrise really looks like a genuine photograph. Very well made Goonfella.

Your work is very inspiring Helen. So much detail and shine too, you have a vast amount of talent.

Very nice images here. A lot of really nice colour combinations and details. Post #68 is stunning

You have some very nice additions to your gallery. My favourite one is the Sea-scape, it would nice in monochrome too. The robot box is clever and the colours used on the fireworks work well too.
