I edit allot of sports photos and I would like to get to be able to use the Motion blur effect. As seen in the Nike picture I liked that is the effect I'm looking for. I know Paint.net has the motion blur effect but I have a hard time just blurring the parts of the photo I want. Is there anyway I can get a better selecting tool? Or any other tips anyone can give me. Thanks in advance
