  5. Make that three of us. I read it first as 'broken' Looks like it could be a good plug-in to explore. Decent example DrewDale. It looks like a lot of other plug-in's were used to get that final image.

  17. A comprehensive index that must consume valuable time, thank you for this, it of great use.
  18. Use this tool to move the selected layer in any direction. You can use the up / down / right / left on your keyboard for smaller movement to align to your map.
  19. Maybe try the diagonal lines plugin ? http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=5550 You can change the angle and thickness of your lines (if this is what is meant)
  20. In the layers window these arrows will move a layer up :MoveLayerUp: or down :MoveLayerDown: Just remember to select the layer you wish to move (it will have blue highlight on it)
  21. When using the line / curve tool - Holding Shift as you draw will maintain a straight line.
