For some reason, this is not working with paint.net 4.0.3. The UI is taking almost all of the screen (mine is 1440x900) Not only can I not access the controls, but I can't move the UI anywhere to make any changes.

It's the same pack I do believe, I updated to V4.0 leaving this pack in place and have had no issues with it, I did have 3.5.11 prior to this and the pack was happy running on that version also. You should update and get V4.0. It is a change you will be glad to have made
