  1. Hi folks, As you all know, there is no possibility to center an object really quickly. Well, I just found a way to do it in 30 seconds. Prerequisite: the object background must be plain-colored, at least toward the edges on at least two adjoining edges. Say you have the following picture (addedd a border - the picture itself has a white background): Note: All edges are white. As you can see, the car isn't centered properly because of the shadows. Of course you could expand your canvas and eyeball it but that's not what we're here for. Ok, here's what

  3. Hi @BoltBaitand @Pixey Very sorry to hear you've had a bad reaction to the vaccine. We don't use the 'Moderna' vaccine in the UK, so know nothing about it. I'm due my second Pfizer jab in May, hoping for the best. I hope you are both feeling better. Stay safe.

  4. Thank you ReMake. Downloaded & hope to have a play tonight. EDIT: I did have a play & so far my fave is the Dragan Effect on the plant images. Eliminate Dark/Light also worked well in the Brighter Days Ahead image. I have included the original underneath so you can see the difference. Thank you @ReMakefor these awesome plugins!

  6. I figured it out!! I now have a pexilcounter2.dll in my effect files so I can create bookfolding patterns!! What did I do wrong? After many hours!! And after Bolt quoted I needed to get the zip for pexil counter, it dawned on me, I was trying to attach to [effects] in the wrong location!! I had opened the Paint program itself, and was attempting to add to effect files there, had to think that maybe I needed to do that in the file folders itself!! and not on the program itself.. Mare

  7. Oh wow! You got there in the end. A tutorial would be great. It might help others who need to make the same adjustments. Well done!

  8. I used the Cyanotype and turned everything into that blue-ish color. Then I play with the darken / brighten. Then I run it through Pencil. THEN I ink it. Whatever doesn't turn black, I slide the color back and forth to get the effect I want. It doesn't always work for some of the art I do, because I'm turning fully painted color art over to this format. But, I have managed to transfer many and I have two books done and up for sale. Thanks for the advice guys.
