  1. My most recent creation...A wooden rowing machine. Seat is mounted on some repurposed skateboard trucks. A cycle computer provides some basic feedback about time, distance & speed. Ratchet & seat return are powered by 10mm bungy cord. Yep - I even turned the pulleys & the handle. Surprisingly, it works even better than I expected! Except for the noise. Yeah, it's a bit noisy. I might reduce the teeth height on the ratchet to see if that quietens it.

  2. Here's my try: I made the text on it's own layer, then duplicated that layer. Next, on the middle text layer, I applied a render of clouds to it to give the text more variance. NOTE: I had to copy the alpha from the text layer back to the middle text layer as the Clouds render lost my alpha. Then, I used Point Blur (as others have used above) to make the trails. This looked good, but I didn't think it was prominent enough, so I duplicated the layer and merged down the duplicate into the copy. You can then adjust the alpha of the tra

  5. v1.0 released. You can get the latest version from this link: https://github.com/otuncelli/Scalable-Vector-Graphics-Plugin-for-Paint.NET/releases Disclaimer: I merged all required third party libraries into a single file so everyone can easily install, remove and update it. Because of this merging, the binary form of the plugin contains code from the Fizzler project ( LGPL ) which forces me to use the same license. LGPL terms only applies to binary form. Changelog: Updated to use SVG.NET v3.1.1 Changed to use non-obsolete FileType constructo

  14. @Pixey .. thanks. I've gotten a bit fed up with macabre dark ... so to elicit that response means I got the balance right. @barbieq25 ... thanks. The background I posted was the only one I could do that gave her justice, and show the colours in a favourable light. @LionsDragon and @barbieq25 - sadly not enough people talk about their emotions and serious issues. For years mine manifested in destructive behaviour and risk taking. Being a drug addled alcoholic only masked the issue, never solved it. 16. Vanishing Trails is similar to pyrochild's classic Trail plugin, but adds perspective. The plugin (Version 2.0, Sept. 12, 2020): Vanishing Trails.zip The Help menu describes the controls: The User Interface: Most of the controls are self-explanatory, but the Spacing Adjustment may require some explanation. Consider the left (red) ellipse in this example: When interpreted as an ellipse perpendicular to the viewing direction, the spacing makes sense. However, if it's interpreted as a tilted circle

  17. Hey everybody...I'm not dead, and that's really saying something. I was (I guess) one of the first wave of people to get Covid, in March. I was in and out of the hospital for two months, and am currently working on 75% lung capacity. Even better than that, on the 4th of July I had a heart attack which they tell me was related to the Covid. It was mild, thankfully. I'm controlling it with an aspirin a day. I haven't touched PDN in months, as you might imagine it was kind of low on my list of priorities. I have recently taken up my hobbies again though, and am looking for
