derek_balon
A similar problem raised in - missing 197161090.msi A few days ago my computer crashed and I lost the operating system. On re-installing Windows XP I found many of my files a programs lost/corrupt. Attempts to re-install Paint.net 3.2 have failed as have attempts to uninstall the remnants of the program. I get various messages but the one which appears when trying to install from the successful downloaded 'zip' file is that 'piant.net_613603050.msi in /staging is missing. Windows Explorer finds paint.NET in the program folder with some sub-folders and files. /staging has three files - _358078625, _1792440891 and _1811000074. Any thoughts of how I can overcome this problem. I have tried many of the suggestions in the post to missing 197161090.msi but none worked.
