I cannot get this one to work at all.The others do, including the plugin browser and it won't list yours. Also, the source is lost, so don't expect someone to make the plugin compatible... unless of course the original author shows up. Anyway, I'd say just use the stock Radial Blue that comes with paint.net, as it has been improved since this plugin was created. Hope that helps.
