Norton virus checker

There's your problem right there.

Dump Norton's worthless virus checker and use Windows Defender.

Norton does sometimes cry wolf. In the lower-right corner of the Norton file-warning window (in rather small letters), there's a Restore link. Click on it to restore the file Norton quarantined.

My friend downloaded the "same" pack (it was a virus, and it wasn't the same pack), so at first I was a bit nervous. No virus afterwards and no troubles, very happy with this pack! c;

do inner shadows not show live previews or is it just my computer? If the plugin just doesn't do that, then can I know what other effects and objects don't display a live preview if there are any?

All plugins I know of, including Inner Shadow, show live previews. By the way plugins work, a programmer would have to really go out of his/her way to have the final version differ from the interactive version (even for the occasional plugin where that would be desirable). I don't how it could occur due a computer problem. Perhaps you aren't allowing enough time for the interactive version to finish rendering before clicking OK, so you don't see the completed version.
