Ego Eram Reputo Posted June 29, 2015 Share Posted June 29, 2015 It appears to be a linear color-to-transparent blur with the sides cropped straight and the end cropped to part of a circle. You'll want to create this blur on it's own layer, then crop it. Set the gradient tool to Linear. Set the Primary color to the darkest blue. Set the Secondary color to white and lower the opacity to zero. When you drag out the gradient it will fade from blue to transparent. Next use the selection tools (rectangle, lasso and Ellipse) to crop off the bits of the gradient you don't want. ventor1 Posted June 29, 2015 Share Posted June 29, 2015 (edited) I would use a linear gradient starting with a darker blue color (primary) and fading to a lighter blue color with transparency (secondary) set on the 'Transparancy-Alpha' slider in the color picker.
