Solution: Try this: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/28852-line-jumpsskips-to-top-of-window-while-drawing/ Old Thread Content: When using paint.net version 4.0.5 with a Wacom Intuos Small, it seems like disabling Windows Ink in the tablet's settings causes strange problems while drawing. With Windows Ink enabled And then with Windows Ink disabled I haven't tried this with any other tablets, but if anyone would like to contribute, that'd be cool!
