The theme this week is – Glass and Glossy

And has been chosen by – welshblue (SOTW #96 winner!)
This week you're challenged to design and create a most fragile sig that has something to do with Glass/Glossy.

The deadline for entries is 7:00pm (GMT +0) on Sunday 5 January

To see how that equates to other countries, here is a link to the World Time

Competition rules.

1. Max sig dimensions 500x200Please NOTE: The forum limits signatures to 500x150, if it is too large do not try to use it as your sig.
2. Please keep your sig family friendly.
3. Keep to the theme that has been set.
4. You may modify or replace your image until the deadline!
5. Don’t violate copyright laws with found images; links to source images would be courteous.
6. Your entry must be made using paint.net, please don't use an outside image editor and try passing it off as PDN work.

The winner of the current SOTW gets to choose the subject for the next competition.  Good luck all and thank you in advance for entering.

Thanks to - chrisco97, Sozo, TheHowler, Nitenurse79 and DrewDale for keeping this comp going in the past

This thread is for posting your entries only.
If you want to talk about any of the entries, you can do so in the discussion thread found
here..

So that means   Jan 12, 2014

.?

Yes, maybe it's a bit odd for those who are from the USA, but as I'm from Holland, I'm used to the DD-MM-YYYY notation.

Never actually thought about it when I typed these dates..

So for the Americans: I use the dd-mm-yyyy notation! But maybe I'll change to writing the dates in full (12 january 2014 in this case), just to avoid these nasty misunderstandings...

You've got 12/01/2013 when you're stating the poll ends;)

I honestly thought every country put dd/mm/yyyy

It's not even consistent for the whole country here. Just looking at my credit card receipts, most of them are dd/mm/yyyy, then there's the odd one that is yyyy/dd/mm, or yy/dd/mm. I wouldn't mind some consistency, 'cause I don't like having to think too much. :P

Thanks for the article xod, very helpful!

Well, there is an official international date notation, called ISO (YYYY/MM/DD), but it doesn't get used very often... Unless by some diplomats or something.

Ah, now I see xD
