dragunov
Is it possible we can open Paint.net when pressing the edit-button instead of Paint? Or some way to do this, cause I like this program much more than Paint THX

Bob
During the installation check the "make Paint.NET my default editor for ..." boxes. Quote No. Way. I've just seen Bob. dragunov
can it be done after installation or do I need to reinstall again?
Hellfire010
I was wondering how to change it to default as well, but I eventually accepted my long journies of right clicking and open with > Paint.NET would, most likely, never come to an end. But now, there is new hope! Hope someone tells us how... Maybe a tad overexagerated? O.o
Bob
EDIT: Take care! this change the "Open" (default) behaviour and not the "Edit" one. However, you can right-click on you file, select Open with > Choose program, pick PdN in the list and check "Always use the blah blah". But it just apply on the type of the file you selected. Rick Brewster
No, the default "Open" behavior is not changed, Bob. Only "Edit." If you're running a beta or early RC of Vista this will not work. Just rerun the installer to change the settings.
