FallenWings
Hello I'm a newbie to paint.net an I want to learn how to do photo manipulation! Like this: or some thing as simple as putting sunglasses on a cat for a start Any one have any ideas, tips or tutorials?? JaffaCoder
Take the pictue you want to "manip", like a car. Then add a new Layer with the sunglasses, you want to add. Scale it and take the rubber to delete everything around the sunglasses. Then blur the edges (Gaussiun Blur).
