timatlee
Good morning I have been attempting to install Paint.NET on my Windows 7 x64 laptop, and also preparing it to deploy to the company. During an installation, the progress bar will get to ~75%, then roll back, and finishing up with the error "Fatal error during installation" and error code 1603. The Windows event log reads "Product: Paint.NET v3.5.2 -- 32-bit MSI may not be installed on 64-bit OS.". Extracting the MSI's from the downloaded package, and installing the 64 bit MSI also generates the same error message. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tim

Sarkut
What stands out here is "Product: Paint.NET v3.5.2". Current version is v.3.5.6 . Edited November 19, 2010 by Sarkut
