How can I make 1 colour transparent?

Hello All,

Can anyone please tell me how to make one colour transparent in an image so that I can past the image on to a different image?

For example, If I used the pencil drawing effect how could I make the white transparent and paste the rest as a layer on to something else?

White is pretty easy. Copy the whole image to a new layer and change the layer blending mode to Multiply.

For that specific example, copy the Pencil-Sketched layer

into a new layer above the new background.

Then, press F4 and set the Blend mode to Multiply.

This plugin is also useful for eliminating specific colors.
