Pixey
OMG - you have no idea how chuffed I am at actually making this button, a great tut, thanks. P.S. I was just in Ireland and it's true, the Guinness is awesome. PrettyDarnNeat
Duplicate the Background layer twice. Call the top layer 'Top' and the middle layer 'Middle'. Start with the 'Top' layer and choose the Move Selection tool (your circle should still be selected) and grab the top of your circle selection and begin dragging down until the height of the elipse is 350px. Press Delete. All that does is delete my top layer. Am I missing something??? EDIT - (sheepishly) nevermind, it pays to read carefully and select the proper command. Duh. OK, carry on, nothing to see here. 'cept this: Thanks for another great tutorial! Keep 'em coming.

AlexNInka
I followed the tutorial, although without the text step, since I didn't want anything written or portrayed. I did, however, finish it off with a tile reflection. it was a really fun project! Thanks!! Quote devArtOne devArtTwo

Kat
Wonderful tut. Don't know if I can do it "by heart" yet, but I know where to find it. Hope this isn't considered necroposting. Edit on August 19th: Someone suggested I make a whole set of buttons, so I did. Here it is:
