The effect I want to achieve is selected as these tiny, little dots. Here's the version without them: Thanks in advance. Eli Posted May 13, 2017 Share Posted May 13, 2017 It looks like the blur effect has been used. 1. add a layer and draw a line on this layer. 2. Duplicate the layer 3. Use the Blur effect on the lower layer that you added on step 1. 4.
