Trouble when installing Paint.NET [SOLVED]

So, this is my first time trying to install Paint.NET and It won't work.

 

Paint.NET was supposed to install NET Framework 4.6.2. by itself, but i didn't. So I did.

 

Then I went back and tried to install it again. It went further, but...

 

 

What does this mean? This occurs right after the "Installing" part goes off, then this new window show up.

 

About the red part, it is my blurred "username" (my windows user, or whatever it is called).

 

 

I guess it is an error with the NET Framework installation, but I'm not sure.

Then, try paint.net again.
