I've taken the SDL_image IFF parsing code, converted it to C# and wrapped it as a Paint.NET plugin. Paint.NET IFF Plugin.7z PDNIFFPlugin Source Code.7z It seems to work for the few files I have tried. Good luck and enjoy! The SDL license is included in the main code file.
