ok guys i want to make eyes. The links below are the one i want to make but just can't figure it out. I want to make a drawing and i want to create these kind of eyes. When i try to open the gif it's just a picture no layers with just the background. can you help me?

ok to start ive looked for a plugin or tutorial but coildn't find any. ok visit this link http://www.photoshoplady.com/tutorial/create-a-fabulous-background-for-an-image/4855 and look at steps 14-16. If you guys have any ideas or plugins please post them.

EER I've tryed that but i want it to be merged without loss of opacity or color.

OK guys i'm having trouble blending 2 images together for the background. I'm using alphamask but it's not what i wanted. Please visit this link http://www.photoshop...r-an-image/4855 and look at steps 2-6. It shows the pictures being blended smoothly. I've used photoshop but it's to complicated and laggy.
